Flip after about 5 mins & lightly brush marinade on other side
This is one of my favorite side dishes. It’s pretty easy to make too!
1 lb Brussels Sprouts – rinsed, trimmed, and cut in half length wise 2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) 2 tbs Melted Butter *I use I can’t believe it’s not butter, feel free to sub for whatever you use* 3 tbs minced garlic 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella 1 cup shredded Parmesan Salt & Pepper to taste cooking spray *Pro tip- you can use a couple drops of EVOO on your baking sheet and spread it very thinly with a paper towel if you don’t have cooking spray*
Preheat Oven to 425 ° F
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, EVOO, garlic, salt & pepper
Add the Brussels Sprouts and toss until coated evenly
Pour the brussels sprouts on greased baking sheet in a single layer *Pro Tip- line your baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up! You should still use cooking spray or EVOO if you choose this option*
